It is broke and it is nearly new
I remember talking to a service manager at an automotive repair shop. In the past he had on going problems with customers coming in with problems on their car. They were sure that he had worked on that problem a couple of months ago and the customer felt that it should be a warranty repair. It turned out when he researched the problem, the last time he worked on their cars was more than two years ago. Also, the problem was something completely different. Once he put all of his service work on a Store POS System, it took only seconds bring up all of the invoices for a particular vehicle and the problem is solved.Labels: service work, Store POS System
